Due to growth in our Office Leasing team we are looking for a proactive Team Assistant to join our CBD office. This highly valued role presents a great opportunity to utilise your administration skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. The role is well suited to a proactive individual seeking exposure to Commercial Real Estate through a support role within a team of leasing professionals.
The primary function is to provide administrative support for the full leasing cycle encompassing marketing data processing and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will flourish in a team environment and seek to optimise processes within a highly motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of leasing campaigns including drafting and coordination of all marketing materials quotations and invoicing.
- Maintaining databases including current appointments lease expiries and target opportunities.
- Assisting Marketing with preparation of leasing submissions presentations and custom brochures.
- Maintenance of the CRM database.
- Preparation and recording of weekly team meetings.
- Invoicing and fee forecasting liaising directly with the head of department.
- General administrative support for the team.
Qualifications :
- Experience in a similar role within Commercial/Residential Real Estate is highly desirable.
- Intermediate MS Office skills including Excel.
- High attention to detail and customer focus.
- Excellent organisational skills including ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
