O2C Coordinator IV & Barter

To support this mission Syngentas Finance Operations team is seeking a O2C Coordinator Barter in  Montevideo Uruguay. This role will ensure that  all  cash inflows  from  customers  &  barter  operations  are  timely  posted  into customer accounts. Standardize and improve related processes. 

Accountabilities 

• Owns one specific Order to cash process and manages the resources to keep processes aligned and sustain delivery: Own all customer inflows in their different methodologies (cash transfers loans cupons) financial document issuance (credit & debit notes rebates credit notes fixed assets invoices etc). Barter process: clearing and application for all customer items.
• Ensure the team has the resources needed to achieve its goals.
• Comply with requirements regarding internal and external controls.
• Provide information for external & internal audit processes.
• Interact with Trade Finance Credit Management and Collections team as the main point of contact.
• Have close connection with Accounting & Treasury team for month end close procedures. Work closely to Treasury & Tax for exposure and License to Operate topics.
• Keep open items clean as per aligned KPIs.
• Provide KPIs for the area. Identify improvement opportunities and sponsor them.

Qualifications :

Required  

• Finance Accounting degree.
• Fluent English speaking and comprehension.
• Leadership experience or proven capabilities.
• SAP Experience.
• Experience in financial analysis such as financial KPIs Power BI dashboards.
• Adaptability to a changing and demanding environment.
• Hands on attitude and digital innovation curiosity.
