Staff Software Engineer

Experian is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to build and evolve core enterprise systems while providing technical leadership across distributed teams in the United States and India. You will blend hands-on development with operational ownership helping engineering teams deliver secure reliable and scalable software.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Lead development teams to deliver on-time on-budget high value complex projects.
• Provide technical guidance mentoring and support to the development team.
• Specify and ensure the design of technology solutions fulfills all our requirements achieve desired goals and fulfill return on long-term goals.
• Take technical responsibility for all stages and iterations in a software development project providing method specific technical guidance to project partners.
• Work with teams to create solutions and set the direction for technology for their responsibilities. You will report the director of software development.

Qualifications :

• Requirements and Qualifications:10 years experience in enterprise software development.
• Expertise in API and middletier development using Core and C#.
• Experience MVC Web API and Core.
• AWS cloud development background (API Gateway Lambda EC2 ECS SQS SNS Fargate and DynamoDB/AuroraDB).
• Understanding of architecture design patterns data structures scalability and reliability. Skills in objectoriented and multithreaded programming with concurrency control. Knowledge of database design and data modeling.
• Experience learning new technologies and continuous improvement.
• Technical leadership experience.
• Interpret detailed specifications.
• 5 years of experience providing engineering support to customer support team to resolve any critical customer :Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field.
