Job Summary
Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) Stone & Marble Fit-Out (Hotel & Casino Project)
Work From Home (Remote Setup)
We are urgently hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in stone and marble fit-out works for large-scale hotel and casino projects.
Immediate joiners only.
Do not apply if currently employed.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong hands-on experience in stone and marble fit-out works (hotel & casino projects is a must)
- Overseas project experience is required
- Proficient in PlanSwift and Microsoft Excel
- Strong background in quantity take-off cost estimation BOQ preparation variation claims and cost control
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Must have a high-performance computer (with high RAM capacity) suitable for handling large drawings and estimating software
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be available to join immediately
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for stone and marble works
- Review drawings specifications and contract documents
- Prepare and evaluate variations and claims
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance
- Coordinate remotely with project managers suppliers and subcontractors
