Job Summary

We are recruiting German speaking professionals currently based in Leipzig Germany who are ready to relocate to Athens Greece for a long-term international opportunity. You will join a structured performance-driven customer support environment with modern tools and clear processes.

As a Customer Support Advisor you will handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat. You will diagnose issues provide efficient solutions and accurately document cases in CRM systems. Quality customer satisfaction and professional communication are key even during peak volumes.
