The Role: Impact & Responsibilities
- Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after theyve expressed interest in a product
- Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism courtesy and attention to customer satisfaction
- Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations especially around pricing and product preferences
- Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear structured format to support retailer sales teams
- Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
- Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.
What We Are Looking For

- Linguistic Excellence: Proficiency or bilingual level in Dutch combined with an advanced level of English.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales roles.
