Role Overview:

As a Travel Agent you will be the main point of contact for customers through multiple communication channels. Your role will involve handling a variety of inquiries resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customers feel supported informed and valued at every stage of their interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries through phone email and chat
Assist with questions related to accounts services and product features
Provide clear explanations and step-by-step guidance when needed
Resolve issues with empathy professionalism and a problem-solving approach
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems
Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them to the appropriate team
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer support experience

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greece residency card
Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
