Job Summary
As an Entry-level Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing and training materials. You will work closely with our marketing and training teams to develop innovative and engaging designs that align with our brand and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create marketing materials such as brochures flyers social media graphics and advertisements
- Develop visual elements for our online training courses including illustrations infographics and animations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain a consistent brand image across all materials
- Work with the training team to design and update training materials including presentations and handouts
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continuously improve our materials
- Assist with photo and video shoots as needed
- Ensure all designs meet brand standards and are of high quality and accuracy
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and web design is a plus
