Job Summary
The Non union Helper supports a building or a facility by doing things like changing light bulbs cleaning spills emptying trash and light mechanical maintenance. They will also do regular housekeeping to keep areas clean and safe. The Maintenance staff will report safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to a supervisor. They will also keep track and report on supplies inventory. The Maintenance staff must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Pay:$30 hourly
The pay listed is the Salary or Hourly range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicants education experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data.
Shift:Monday thru Friday 9 to 6 PM.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Repair and maintenance of restroom and breakroom plumbing by means of plunger and hand-held labor such as carrying stacking organizing materials used in and around the job trash removal not part of janitorial contract or scope of and cleaning of HVAC registers radiators return of replacing door / replacement of venetian in mechanical and electrical painting in building common painting in tenant spaces when authorized by property cleaning in mechanical of exterior entry spaces using vacuum mop broom steam cleaner / high pressure sprayer and other types of cleaning devices or painting of non-operating mechanical equipment which has been shut down locked out and tagged by a Journeyman Engineer in accordance with ABM Lockout / Tagout work requiring the limited use of hand drains air vents registers and lamps and cleaning light per ABM Lockout / Tagout tile air of engineering shop objects not requiring the use of power tools other than cordless drill/drivers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience that is commensurate with the specific facility for the position of Maintenance AttendantAbility to read and interpret blueprintsComputer skillsBasic building automation systems knowledgeCertification meeting OSHA ACM awareness training requirements is a PLUS
