As a Forward Deployed Engineer at ScienceMachine you will bridge the gap between complex engineering and client-facing solutions. You will be responsible for deploying technical products coding custom integrations and translating client needs into technical requirements. This is a mid-level role for a versatile engineer who thrives at the intersection of product and people.

What you will do:

Partner with clients to understand their technical challenges and deliver tailored engineering solutions that drive product adoption.
Design code and implement custom integrations and features that bridge the gap between core technology and user needs.
Collaborate closely with internal product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence future feature development.

The ideal candidate:

Proven mid-level experience in software engineering or a technical product role ideally within a high-growth startup environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Background or strong interest in biotech or biomedical studies with the ability to navigate complex domain-specific technical requirements.
