The Group Benefits Operations Integrity Department whose accountabilities include Fraud Risk Management for health dental drug and disability claims is looking for an analytical self-motivated individual with strong disability management knowledge and a risk mindset to join them in the role of Disability Integrity Specialist on the Disability Integrity Operations Team.
Position Responsibilities:
Identify potential fraud and abuse issues and manage these investigations from identification to resolution.
Collaborate with case managers and others to ensure all appropriate parties understand next steps to maintain the integrity of the fraud investigation.
Dialogue with parties including legal privacy compliance investigators police vendors and customers assessing risk and bringing cases to conclusion.
Utilize a variety of tools for fraud detection and tracking and support various reporting needs as required.
Engage in opportunities to create efficiencies and improve processes through collaboration with direct Team and others.
Calculate overpayments log savings and document recovery plans.
Support fraud management projects including analytics.
Required Qualifications:
Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
Extensive disability management knowledge ideally min. 5 years across benefit lines (STD and LTD).
Solid contract knowledge.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience with Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
