TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator to join our team in the Northwest side of Houston 77040 area!

This is a direct-hire opportunity in-house with TMD Staffing!

The Onsite Coordinators primary objective is to recruit interview place monitor support and terminate temporary associates at an on-site location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all information is entered timely and correctly into the database system and that all records and files are kept current.
Obtain complete and accurate information on customer job orders.
Assure customer satisfaction by selecting and assigning qualified temporary associates.
Communicate all necessary information concerning temporary associates and customers to TMD Staffing management.
Manage timekeeping system and verify all worked hours are accounted for.
Maintain daily weekly and monthly reporting.
Performs other duties as assigned by Management and/or Client as requested.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be flexible to work AM (5:30am) or PM (3:00PM) shift overtime and weekends as needed
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
One (1) year of customer service lead and/or supervisor experience in which independent and discretionary judgment and decisions were made on behalf of the employing company.
Must have a valid drivers license and car insurance coverage as well as reliable transportation to drive between client sites and the office as required.
Must be computer literate able to navigate through emails and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (Word Excel etc.)
Must have a clean criminal background and pass a drug screen.
