What youll do:
- Schedule and manage appointments meetings and events for the Central Groups Pastor
- Coordinate and prioritize the Central Groups Pastors calendar to optimize time efficiency
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries for the Central Groups team
- Handle phone calls emails and other forms of communication on behalf of the office
- Draft edit and proofread documents reports and presentations for the Central Groups team
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and notes
- Order office supplies and maintain an organized and efficient office environment
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives led by the Central Groups Pastor
- Manage data input and worksheets
- Oversee resource distribution to campuses
- Collaborate with other ministry leaders and staff to ensure seamless office operations
- Prepare invoices expense reports and other financial documents
Skills & Experience youve had:
- Education: A high school diploma is required; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Experience: Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar role
- Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant software
- Communication Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
