The Role Civils Site Manager

Day-to-day site management of civil engineering and groundworks projects
Programme planning labour and resource control
Ensuring health & safety quality and housekeeping standards are maintained
Liaising with clients subcontractors and key stakeholders
Enforcing company standards and driving best practice on site

The Person

Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering / groundworks
Strong leadership and communication skills
SMSTS or SSSTS certification
First Aid qualification
Full UK driving licence
Organised proactive and solutions-focused
