As a Business Development Representative at Pendo youll be on the front lines of growth at a forward-thinking product-led SaaS company that values outcomes over activity. Your mission is to create high-quality pipeline within one of our sales territories by identifying the right companies the right people and the right moments to engage.

This role is more than just a starting point its a launchpad to your career at Pendo. Weve recently promoted two of our team from BDR positions to AE positions within our commercial team and were looking for you to have the passion to want to do the same.

Youll gain hands-on experience deep product expertise and real ownership as you grow your skill-set at Pendo. Along the way youll become fluent in Pendos platform confident in discovery and sharp in modern sales strategy supported by ambitious teammates who push you to level up every day. Key Role Responsibilities will include:

  • Generate new high-quality sales qualified prospects for Account Executives
  • Meet all key performance metrics and goals on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Research and target exciting companies
  • Use all available sales data to recognize trends and drive outreach decisions
  • Create successful cold calling and email campaigns targeting new prospects
  • Learn and demonstrate the Pendo platform to prospective customers
  • Gain proficiency in data logging

Minimum Qualifications

    • You have 1 years of sales experience/lead generation (internships qualify!)
    • You have experience with a CRM tool or sales system ex. Hubspot Salesforce Outreach Cognism Lusha etc.
    • Fluency in German (both written and oral) and English
    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

This is a hybrid position working 3 days per week from our office In Munich Germany.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of many compensation benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

Individual pay rate decisions including offers made within and over the expected OTE range are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role experience level skillset and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
