About the job

As the Service Owner for XR you own and continuously improve the global XR service covering VR AR and blended digitalphysical workflows. You coordinate service operations align stakeholders across divisions and ensure that devices platforms and content come together seamlessly as one secure scalable ecosystem.

What youll do

• Oversee the XR service lifecycle roadmap and operational governance.
• Manage platform and device operations from onboarding to replacement.
• Coordinate service delivery content distribution and access rights.
• Handle incident resolution requests documentation and root cause analysis.
• Ensure security compliance and data protection across all XR operations.
• Onboard and train business stakeholders guide best practices and support technical validation of new XR solutions.
• Collaborate with IT Sourcing vendors and cross-functional teams.

Location and flexibility

The position is based in Sandviken or Stockholm although other locations may be considered for suitable candidates. We offer a hybrid work setup allowing you to combine office and remote work.

Your profile

You have experience in IT service operations or digital workplace environments where you have managed platforms coordinated stakeholders and ensured stable secure delivery. Its a plus if youve handled XR VR or AR platforms training tech or device management. You dont need experience in VR or XR development what counts is your ability to manage digital IT services work across teams and quickly learn new technologies as they emerge.

We also expect you to bring:

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating digital services or device management platforms.
• Understanding of cloud services authentication SSO/MFA and network performance.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and vendors.

Youre a structured proactive communicator who connects with both business and technical audiences. Problem-solving comes naturally collaboration energizes you and you drive change without needing formal authority.
