We are currently looking for a Acquiring Underwriting Analyst ready to join our adventure share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.
What you will be doing
  • Evaluate and analyze merchant applications and business models to ensure compliance with card scheme regulations and legal standards
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective merchants to assess their risk levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and information for underwriting
  • Assess and recommend appropriate credit limits and transaction thresholds for merchants
  • Monitor merchant accounts for unusual or high-risk activities and take appropriate action
  • Stay current on card scheme rules industry regulations and best practices in underwriting
  • Assist in the development and improvement of underwriting policies and procedures
Skills you should have
  • Bachelors degree in finance business or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Underwriting Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of card scheme regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to thoroughly review merchant documentation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
