Join Hurtigruten as a French Travel Consultant (On-Site France)
For 130 years Hurtigruten has been at the forefront of adventure and travel committed to delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests and fostering a supportive inspiring environment for our employees.
We are now looking for a French Travel Consultant to join our on-site team in our office in France. In this walk-in consultant role you will welcome and assist clients in person and support them through various channels with their travel plans.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients in person at our local travel office
- Handle phone calls emails and chats as the first point of contact
- Identify and maximize every sales opportunity
- Provide high-quality friendly and professional customer service
- Ensure every client interaction is handled effectively and politely
