Maintenance Assistant Hampton New Hampshire

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING - Handle service maintenance calls from residents in a timely manner
- Assist with general daily housekeeping and heavy duty cleaning assuring that the entire community is kept clean on a consistent basis.
- Preform ongoing and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Assist with apartment turnover moving furniturein and out of apartments.
- Handle snow removal and salt on walkways sidewalks and entryways as well as clearing residents vehicles during snowstorms.
REQUIREMENTS: - Physical requirements: Standing lifting (up to 30 pounds) bending
- Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
- Be on time and reliable Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our team to be reliable at all times.
