Job Summary

On behalf of our client MARPRO Group is looking for a Hydrographic Surveyor for the office in Copenhagen.

The company is a dedicated and expanding unit within a larger corporate group currently building specialised capabilities in the maritime surface and subsea security domain. The job

In this role you will be responsible for planning and delivering high quality hydrographic survey operations using advanced USV and UUV platforms. You will manage the mobilisation and calibration of survey systems ensure accurate data acquisition and quality control and process the collected data into reliable charts and reports. The position also involves maintaining and troubleshooting surveys and sensor equipment developing efficient workflows and ensuring that all activities meet operational technical and safety standards. Working closely with engineers and colleagues you will contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes while supporting the overall execution of survey projects from start up to completion.

Professional qualifications

  • Experience in hydrographic surveying or a similar technical field from private or military sector

  • Strong proficiency with recognized survey software such as PDS or CARIS.

  • Solid understanding of mission planning survey instrumentation positioning systems and data workflows.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage mobilisation calibration and maintenance of USV/AUV systems.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a handson practical approach.

  • Fluency in English eligibility to work within the EU and have EU security clearance
