Job Description:
As the founding Account Executive you will take over the sales engine from the CEO to drive revenue for an AI platform transforming property management. Youll own the full mid-market deal cycle running tailored demos for C-suite stakeholders and shaping the GTM strategy as the company scales its managed units 14x.

Location: Remote UK/Europe

What you will do:

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from SDR handoff to close managing consultative 3-6 month deals with property operators and C-suite executives.

  • Deliver high-quality technical product demos that translate AI capabilities into clear operational value for BTR PBSA and multifamily sectors.

  • Partner directly with the CEO to refine pricing positioning and messaging while maintaining an accurate revenue forecast in the CRM.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3 years of experience closing mid-market B2B SaaS deals with a track record of running live demos and navigating complex procurement.

  • Exceptional discovery and consultative selling skills with the ability to build credibility with both operational and technical stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment ideally within PropTech real estate or operations-heavy software sectors.
