What youll build

You will design and deliver AI-powered capabilities that elevate SAPs core Sales business processes. Your solutions will directly contribute to SAPs top-line growth and strengthen its position.

Your focus will be on:

• Intelligent Sales Solutions Build AI-driven features that empower SAP Account Executives with predictive insights automation and decision support embedded directly into sales workflows.
• End-to-End AI Integrations Architect and implement scalable AI components across applications ensuring seamless integration into existing enterprise systems.
• User-Centric Innovation Transform complex sales processes into intuitive insight-driven experiences using machine learning generative AI and advanced analytics.
• Revenue-Impacting Automation Develop intelligent services that enhance pipeline visibility opportunity prioritization forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Production-Grade AI Systems Own the lifecycle from experimentation to enterprise-ready deployment including MLOps monitoring governance and performance optimization.

What you bring

• You combine strong engineering fundamentals with practical AI expertise and a passion for meaningful innovation.
• Proven experience in AI/ML engineering including model development evaluation and deployment in production environments
• Hands-on experience with Python and modern AI frameworks
• Familiarity with generative AI LLM orchestration prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented systems
• Experience building scalable cloud-native solutions (preferably in SAP BTP or comparable platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP)
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and API-based architectures
• Knowledge of MLOps practices CI/CD and monitoring of AI systems
• Most importantly you are energized by lifelong learning experimentation and turning ambitious ideas into working solutions.
