Job Summary

As a Solutions Analyst you will be the engine room of the Solutions team ensuring that our technical implementations are executed flawlessly. You will bridge the gap between high-level architecture and day-to-day configuration taking ownership of the technical setup end-to-end testing and initial troubleshooting for new client deployments.

You will work directly with Solutions Engineers and Architects to turn solution designs into reality providing the firepower needed to scale our delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Configuration: Execute backend configurations and service setups for Instaleaps products based on specifications provided by the senior team.
Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform rigorous end-to-end testing and validation of all configurations before they go live to ensure zero-defect deployments.
Project Execution: Support the implementation of new clients by managing technical tasks within the project scope and ensuring they are completed on time.
Debugging & Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for issues identified during implementation performing deep-dive debugging before escalating to senior engineers.
Documentation: Maintain and improve technical documentation including configuration guides and implementation logs.
Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze metrics during the early stages of a clients go-live to ensure system stability.

Your SuperPowers

Proven Technical Foundation: 12 years of professional experience in a technical role such as Junior Solutions Engineer QA Analyst or Technical Support.

API & Integration Mastery: Deep understanding of REST APIs and Webhooks with hands-on proficiency using Postman to test and validate complex integrations.

Data Literacy: Expert ability to read and structure data in JSON format and perform SQL queries for data validation and reporting.

Code-Adjacent Skills: Solid knowledge of JavaScript for basic scripting and logic configurations along with familiarity with GitHub for version control.

The QA Eye: A superpower for End-to-End testing and quality assurance; you have an obsession with validating configurations to ensure a zero-defect go-live.

Problem-Solving & Debugging: A critical thinker who doesnt just find issues but performs deep-dive debugging to understand the why before escalating to senior architects.

Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with E-commerce platforms mobile applications or last-mile logistics concepts is a major plus.

Proactive Execution: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment providing clear visibility and reporting on project statuses.

Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills to document technical processes and collaborate effectively with both technical teams and internal stakeholders.
