Senior Full Stack Engineer (Angular, NestJS)

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will join an international Scrum team working on a greenfield product focused on delivering innovative secure and scalable candidate experiences. This is a hands-on engineering role with strong ownership expectations you will design and build end-to-end solutions across frontend and backend influence technical decisions and ensure high-quality delivery.

You will collaborate closely with Senior Engineers Product Owners and cross-functional teams to develop performant secure and accessible applications. Your impact will directly shape the architecture code quality and long-term stability of the platform.

Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development

• Design and develop scalable frontend and backend solutions in a greenfield environment
• Build advanced responsive UI components compliant with WCAG accessibility standards
• Implement secure and well-structured microservices using NestJS and PostgreSQL
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance including low-bandwidth environments

Architecture & Quality

• Design systems with stability scalability and performance in mind
• Apply clean code principles and software design patterns
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making
• Ensure applications meet high security standards aligned with OWASP guidelines

Delivery & Ownership

• Take ownership of features from refinement through deployment
• Provide accurate effort estimations and technical input during planning
• Maintain high quality through unit testing (Jest) and code reviews
• Proactively identify and resolve production issues

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with Product Owners and Engineers in an Agile (Scrum) environment
• Share knowledge and contribute to engineering best practices
• Continuously improve tooling processes and CI/CD pipelines
• Support innovation and experimentation within the team

Requirements:

Technical Expertise

• 5 years of professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript development
• Strong expertise in Angular (v2) RxJS NgRx and NX workspace
• Hands-on experience building microservices with NestJS and PostgreSQL
• Understanding of application security and OWASP best practices
• Strong experience with unit testing
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native solutions
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong understanding of application architecture and system design
• Ability to build performant and maintainable full stack solutions
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
