Interim Development Executive Carveout Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Interim Development Executive / Carveout Lead to join our team which specializes in working as executives and interim leaders in customer organizations.

You will work in the customer organization responsible for transformation budgets roadmaps managing TSAs (Transitional Service Agreements) and related multi-stream addition there is a need to fill out interim CDO/CTO positions where your responsibility is to design and build the required capabilities according to the organizations needs to achieve its growth targets. You drive forward proposals of multi-year transformations and find needed resources and partners to execute the planned roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing carveouts and working together with customers C-level or management teams. Experience must be development driven and not focused on maintaining existing portfolios.

This role requires a can-do attitude as you might not have supporting customer resources before programs start you need to make the plans budgets and proposals yourself. Candidates must have the ability to convince management teams assume mandate set direction and priorities. Candidates should have the ability to deliver also smaller assignments even though this is not a project management position.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading carveouts and integrations of acquired companies

• Building trust executive level decision making and work in customer management team

• Define target outcomes and roadmap execute the delivery manage risks and budget

• Design strategies transformations and operating models

What we expect from you:

• Excellent leadership skills over 8 years of leadership experience

• Strong program management and change management experience over 8 years of experience

• Experience of leading carveouts and/or working in C-level development-driven positions such as CDO/CTO

• Understanding how business is supported by business platforms and AI

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

• Strong references

• Fluency in both English and Finnish is required
