ABOUT THIS HOSE TECHNICIAN - MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE JOB
You start your day as a Hose Technician - Manufacturing Associate at 7:00 am reviewing specs and customer requirements then move from measuring and cutting hose to crimping fittings with confidence assembling hydraulic hose assemblies that meet production guidelines without compromise. You verify accuracy with tape measures and digital calipers keep quality processes tight and complete inspection paperwork with care. Throughout the shift you safely operate hand and power tools and equipment maintain a neat clean work area and build detailed knowledge of production processes. You communicate clearly work efficiently and support your team including other duties as assigned so everything ships right the first time.
Would you excel in this position Heres what you need:
- Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques
- Skill using equipment such as saws crimpers forklifts etc
- Computer skills are highly desirable
- Comfort applying basic math skills in production settings
- Ability to use and read tape measures and digital calipers
- You work quickly accurately and independently in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 18 years of age or older is required to operate equipment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred: Computer skills are highly desirable.
