As a Senior Process Development Engineer youll be at the forefront of innovation orchestrating critical ingredient transitions and process changes that touch our most iconic brands. This isnt just a role; its an opportunity to leave your indelible mark on a portfolio beloved by millions! You will lead the design assessment and implementation of process solutions that ensure smooth material transitions capital investment readiness and robust process capability across multiple brands and plants. This role requires strong technical expertise project leadership and the ability to collaborate across R&D Manufacturing and Business Development to deliver consumer-preferred products with excellence.

Education / Certifications:
Bachelors in engineering (Chemical Mechanical Food or related field).
Job specific requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in food industry process development commercialization or engineering with a proven track record of successful product launches and process improvements.
Process design and scale-up risk assessment problem-solving project leadership statistical analysis (e.g. Minitab) strong communication skills.
Ability to taste and evaluate biscuit products including those with varied allergen profiles.
Travel requirements:
Up to 40% (domestic and international)

East Hanover NJ (Hybrid minimum 3 days in office)
The base salary range for this position is $83800 to $115225; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
