Job Summary

Field Sales Representative Kognitive Sales Solutions

Kognitive Sales Solutions in partnership with Canadian Tire is on the lookout for highly motivated sales-driven individuals who can spark excitement and foster connections with consumers in-store. As a Field Marketing Representative your primary role will be to educate customers and drive sales of Financial Products on behalf of one of Canadas most trusted and iconic brands.

Responsibilities:

Drive sales and educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk.

Drive sales advocacy and brand awareness for our clients product Provide expectational customer service ensuring customers have a great experience

Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product

Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel

Maintain a high level of confidentiality as you work with customer information

Support in multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed

Compensation

Minimum Base wage of $17.60 per hour plus uncapped commission

Schedule

Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities

Flexible schedule Mon-Sun between 10am-8pm
