Job Summary
Orlando Metro Properties LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to assist with various tasks on construction sites. The ideal candidate will support skilled tradespeople maintain a clean and safe work environment and help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
* Load and unload construction materials and equipment
* Assist carpenters electricians plumbers and other trades as needed
* Operate basic hand and power tools
* Prepare and clean construction sites
* Dig trenches backfill holes and compact earth
* Erect and dismantle scaffolding (as trained)
* Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
* Remove debris and hazardous materials from worksites
* Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
* Previous construction experience is an asset
* Ability to lift heavy materials (50 lbs)
* Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
* Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
* Strong work ethic and reliability

* Ability to follow instructions
* Strong physical stamina
