What you will be doing
Develop and implement tailored change management strategies for projects andprogrammes.
Lead change activities to drive faster adoption higherutilisation and greaterproficiency.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels coachingleadersand frontline managers.
Create actionable plans including communications training and resistance management.
Monitor readiness track success metrics and manage risks to ensure smooth delivery.
Collaborate with project teams and change specialists to embed best practice and evolve enterprise change capability.
Support a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety.
What does it take to be a Change Manager
ProsciChange Management Practitioner or CMI qualification (or equivalent).
Proven experience delivering people-focused change projects.
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to coach build trust and work collaboratively across all levels.
Resilience creativity and confidence to use your initiative.
