What you will be doing

• Develop and implement tailored change management strategies for projects andprogrammes.

• Lead change activities to drive faster adoption higherutilisation and greaterproficiency.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels coachingleadersand frontline managers.

• Create actionable plans including communications training and resistance management.

• Monitor readiness track success metrics and manage risks to ensure smooth delivery.

• Collaborate with project teams and change specialists to embed best practice and evolve enterprise change capability.

• Support a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety.

What does it take to be a Change Manager

• ProsciChange Management Practitioner or CMI qualification (or equivalent).

• Proven experience delivering people-focused change projects.

• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.

• Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to coach build trust and work collaboratively across all levels.

• Resilience creativity and confidence to use your initiative.
