As Founders Associate you will act as the right hand and strategic partner to the founding team. You wont just observe; you will be at the epicenter of decision-making helping to scale one of Europes most successful HR-tech solutions.
Tasks
This is not a traditional support role. It is a high-impact fast-track position designed for future entrepreneurs and strategic leaders. You will manage mission-critical projects across the organizationfrom strategic fundraising preparations to operational excellence and international expansion.
Your Impact
- Strategic Projects: Drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales Marketing and Product to accelerate global growth.
- Operations & Scaling: Identify bottlenecks in current processes and implement scalable solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
- Founder Support: Prepare high-level board presentations investor reporting and strategic briefs for the leadership team.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into market trends competitive landscapes and potential M&A opportunities.
- Communications: Act as a bridge between the founders and internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment on key company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferably in a strategic or operational role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the growth of the company.
