Are you ready to make an impact by leading valuable products and fostering winning collaboration across teams

We are seeking a Product Lead to lead the development and launch of innovative AI-powered products in the shopping and retail space.
This role will focus on identifying opportunities defining product strategy and delivering applications that leverage AI to enhance the shopping experience for our users.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define the vision and roadmap for AI-powered shopping applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering Data Science Design and Marketing to build launch and optimize products.
• Translate market insights user needs and AI capabilities into clear product requirements user stories and KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze product performance and user behavior using data to inform decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure products align with business goals and user expectations.
• Stay up-to-date on AI trends technologies and competitive landscape to identify innovative opportunities in the shopping ecosystem.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Proven experience as a Product Manager ideally in the digital space.
• Strong understanding of digital products user experience and product lifecycle management.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to explore emerging technologies and new ways to improve the shopping experience.
• Proactive and resourceful mindset able to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
• Comfortable working in unstructured environments and able to adapt to changing priorities and opportunities.
• Flexible mindset able to experiment iterate and learn quickly from successes and failures.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional fast-paced teams.
