  • Salary relative to experience and ranges from $115817 pa to $130667 pa super

If youre an experienced coordination professional who thrives in fast-paced executive environments this role will suit you well. Our Corporate Affairs team is seeking a Senior Coordination Officer to sit at the centre of executive operations and support the effective delivery of enterprise-wide outcomes. Reporting to the Executive Officer Corporate Affairs youll have genuine scope to make an impact through high-level coordination and trusted executive support.

Youll oversee high-quality administrative project executive and ministerial support ensuring priorities are well managed and standards consistently met. As a key adviser to the Executive Director youll apply sound judgement and critical thinking to analyse requests cut through complexity and provide clear timely advice on sensitive issues projects and reforms. Youll work closely with stakeholders across the department to keep executives well briefed proactively manage complex enquiries and drive efficient reliable coordination leading the drafting of high-quality briefings and correspondence and continuously improving workflows to meet tight deadlines.

About You
Youre a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who is comfortable managing competing priorities and time-sensitive tasks in a complex high-profile environment. You bring a calm considered approach to your work and take pride in being a trusted point of coordination for senior leaders. Youre confident setting your own day-to-day priorities within the direction of the broader work program exercising sound judgement and independence in determining how best to deliver outcomes while providing regular and clear progress updates to your manager.

You thrive on working closely with executives enabling them to perform at their best through strong coordination critical thinking and high-quality advice. Youre adept at reviewing and allocating tasks tracking progress and compiling clear accurate inputs for executive consideration. You also enjoy contributing to strategic coordination activities ensuring work is managed in line with established standards and accepted principles.
