Aboutthe role
Werelooking for a confident customer-focusedSales and Onboarding Consultantto join our team in ourParramattaretail hub. This is a fast-paced in-person sales role whereyoullhelp customers choose the right vehicle subscription for rideshare driving.No cold calling just real conversations strong foot traffic and warm enquiries every day.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of allSplendsvehiclesubscription packagesand related products.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable subscription solution.
- Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to final signup.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs including conversion rates customer satisfaction and retention goals.
- Ensure vehicle displays marketing collateral and digital tools are up to date and engaging.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Team Leader to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Actively contribute to a positive team culture focused on growth accountability and continuous improvement.
