JOB SUMMARYThe K5 Principal of Central College Christian School (CCCS) provides Christ-centered educational leadership that advances the mission and vision of Central College Presbyterian Church (CCPC). As the instructional leader of the elementary program the Principal cultivates academic excellence spiritual development and a nurturing learning environment where students thrive. This role requires a deep love for children a commitment to Christian education and active participation in the life of advance the mission of CCPC and CCCS through strong visionary and Christ-centered leadership of the CCCS K5 RESPONSIBILITIESInstructional & Educational LeadershipServe as the primary instructional leader for the K5 the development implementation and evaluation of curriculum and instructional practices aligned with Ohio Learning Standards and Christian continuous improvement through data-informed decision making and ongoing program compliance with relevant accreditation standards and state Culture & Student DevelopmentFoster a Christ-centered school culture that supports academic growth character development and positive student and uphold expectations for student conduct consistent with Christian co-curricular and extracurricular programs that enrich student learning and community Leadership & DevelopmentLead supervise evaluate and mentor faculty and staff to ensure instructional excellence and professional hiring onboarding evaluation and professional development of K5 a collaborative supportive and mission-driven staff & Organizational LeadershipOversee day-to-day operations of the K5 the K5 budget and resources responsibly in alignment with church and school K5 technology facilities equipment and inventory in collaboration with church collaboratively with the Preschool Director and CCCP & Church EngagementPartner with church leadership and parents to strengthen the school enrollment growth and community relationships that advance the schools on the CCPC Senior Leadership Team and participate actively in church and school decision-making.
