Job Summary

Position - Contract - Onsite (Austin -Texas) - State Government Project
Must Provide 3 References - Need Texas Consultants only
Required Skills

8 years of experience working in Agile methodologies including:

User story creation

Working as a Business Analyst within Agile teams

Participating in all Agile ceremonies

Leading Refinement Sprint Planning Daily Standups and Retrospectives

8 years of experience with Azure DevOps Jira or similar project management tools

8 years of experience performing highly complex (senior level) business analysis work

8 years of experience working under limited supervision exercising independent judgment and initiative

8 years of experience performing Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of user stories to ensure:

Acceptance criteria are clearly defined

Non-functional requirements are documented

Stories meet Definition of Ready

8 years of experience coordinating and guiding User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders ensuring:

Timely sign-off

Proper documentation of additional backlog items

8 years of experience identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation including preparing proposals and/or wireframes for new system development

8 years of experience consulting on application analysis troubleshooting system issues and implementing solutions.
