What you will do:
Collaborate directly with inventors and founders to identify draft and protect patents for breakthrough technologies across multiple scientific sectors.
Develop comprehensive IP strategies and handle complex commercial agreements including high-value licensing deals with global pharmaceutical and tech companies.
Help lead the firms transition into an AI-first practice utilizing and building new tools to reshape how legal services are delivered.
The ideal candidate:
Holds a PhD or a first-class/2:1 STEM degree in Physics Engineering Computer Science or Biotech from a top-tier university.
Demonstrates intense curiosity about cross-disciplinary technology and a desire to understand the commercial context behind scientific innovation.
Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex technical and legal concepts to founders inventors and technical teams.
