Report to: Associate Marketing Director or Marketing Manager
Purpose of Role
- This SPM/PM is responsible for the new product launch readiness marketing program development and execution.
- This role will be led by the Marketing Manager of Sotatercept Marketing Team to analyze business opportunities and develop brand launch strategy and brand plans to unleash the new product business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully support the marketing manager launch of the new product in China Turn market understanding & customer insights into actionable business tactics
- Keep good communications with external customers and internal stakeholders
- Strive for execution excellence.
- Well product knowledge
- Comply with all relevant company compliance policies procedures and work practices
Key activities:
- Design manage and implement promotional activities and strategic projects with high quality and meet timeline and budget goals.
- Develop promotional material
- Provide training of product & strategy to sales & other function teams
- Generate insights through market and brand performance analysis contribute to brand strategy and tactics development
- Pilot on innovation projects
- Coordinate with Medical Commercial Excellence Strategic Planning Finance and other cross-functional partners
Requirements and Capabilities:
- Experienced in CMKT team strong strategic thinking and mature program execution Agile learning capacity
- Fluent oral and written English
- Good communication and teamwork with cross functional team
Education:
- Bachelor or above degree; Medical Pharmacy and relevant majors as a plus
Working experience:
- More than 3 years experience in CMKT/brand team rare disease or cardiovascular area as a plus
