Job Summary

The Tetra Pak Internship Programme aims to develop the potential talent of students through experience of real situations in the corporate world offering them opportunities to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talent to face their next professional challenges. Upon joining our team the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor who will guide and accompany them in their day-to-day addition we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new interns and kick-start the development of their full potential.

Could be based in Bogotá (Colombia) / Lima - (Perú)

Tetra Pak does not sponsor work or relocation visas for this position.

What you will do

As aProject Management intern you will:

  • Follow up on the hours reported by project managers ensuring accuracy in records and supporting operational control.
  • Review processes and propose improvements in the pre-project report providing support to the C&C team.
  • Propose reports and visualization tools that allow the teams workload to be identified more quickly and efficiently.
  • Support project managers in the necessary documentation during the pre-implementation phase and during implementation.
  • Develop a project focused on equipment utilization forecasting based on data analysis and artificial intelligence tools.
  • Monitor project management KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in a project oriented to data management with AI focused on the projection of work in the area.

We believe you have

Bachelor Studies in progress: Mechanical Chemical Mechatronics Electromechanical Food Automation or Industrial Engineering or any other related field.

Desired Skills/Knowledge:

  • EnglishIntermediate
  • Microsoft Office Intermediate-Excel
  • Autocad Copilot MS Project programming is plus
  • Power BI and SAP Desirable
  • Assertive communication teamwork results-oriented.
  • Internship availability:between August 03 and July 05 2027
  • Estimated Graduation Date: Graduation is expected in July 2027 or later.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid way (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • (Note: The hybrid work schedule may change according to business needs)
