Now Hiring: Pittsburgh Weekend Team Lead (2nd Shift)
Shift: Saturday & Sunday
Hours: 5:00 PM 1:00 AM

A Quality Facility Services is looking for a dependable motivated Weekend Team Lead to join our growing team in Pittsburgh. If you enjoy staying busy supporting others and want real opportunities for advancement this role is for you.
This is a hands-on leadership position where youll help keep buildings running smoothly step in when staffing is low and provide daily support to your team.
What Youll Do
Lead teams across multiple buildings as needed
Conduct quality checks and ensure standards are met
Train support and motivate team members
Track labor hours and assist with budget management
Place weekly supply orders
Communicate updates in hours procedures or policies
Work closely with the Account Manager
Learn all positions in assigned buildings to provide coverage when needed
Identify additional service opportunities (carpet cleaning window cleaning etc.)

Janitorial or facility services experience is a plus (not required)
