The School of Labor and Employment Relations at The Pennsylvania State University University Park PA USA invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor to startFall2026.
Responsibilities includea combination of resident and online instruction research and normal university service.Theteaching load during the academic year isfour courses.On-siteteaching is an essential function of this job.
Applicants shouldpossessa terminal degree (Ph.D.) in human resource management organizational behavior or a relatedfieldby the appointment date.Expertiseisparticularlysoughtin the relatedfieldsof ethics organizational behavior and leadership.
Candidates for Assistant ProfessorintheSchool of Labor and Employment Relations must havedemonstratedability as a researcher scholar and teacher in a relevant field and have evidence of growth in scholarly achievement.
