Description

The Talent Programs Coordinator II is responsible for the delivery and day-to-day execution of Seaspans leadership and early-career development programs as well as Performance & Talent Systems Administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a high-quality participant and stakeholder experience.

The successful candidate will support the execution of Seaspans Leadership Development Programs and other Talent Development initiatives working closely with Talent Development HR Business Partners business leaders and external vendors.

Note: This is a 12-month limited-term employment with eligible benefits and 3 weeks vacation. This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employees will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.

What Youll Do

  • Support the planning coordination and execution of leadership and talent development programs including onboarding workshops assessments rotations and key milestones.
  • Support the coordination and execution of program events (e.g. kick-offs workshops networking sessions).
  • Support communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate program records trackers and documentation.
  • Support the administration of leadership assessments surveys and feedback tools.
  • Track program timelines progress and key deliverables.
  • Support data collection and reporting related to the programs.
  • Execute the back-end setup for annual goal setting and performance review cycles in HRIS.
  • Conduct regular data cleanses to ensure all reporting lines and talent tags are up to date preventing system errors during the deployment of talent and performance reviews.

What youll bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience related to talent development or leadership development design and delivery preferably within large complex organizations.
  • Bachelors Degree Advanced Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Organizational Development Adult Learning or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Experience supporting multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint are definite requirements.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and learning management systems (LMS) to track program outcomes and participant progress.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM is a strong asset.
  • Interest in leadership development talent programs succession planning or organizational development.

The estimated salary for this position is $73800 - $90200. In determining final salary Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidates skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Companys sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
