弊社の不整脈心不全に対する植込み型医療機器をご使用いただいている患者さんの中には日常生活における不安や疑問を抱えている方もいらっしゃいます弊社では植え込んだ後も継続的にサポートを行うことが大切だと考えており患者さんが安心して日常生活を送ることでQOL生活の質の一層の向上につながるよう努めています

本業務では電話受電架電対応を通じて患者さんの立場に立ち寄り添う気持ちで質問や疑問にお応えしていきます

主な業務内容

• 受電架電業務

患者さんやそのご家族などから寄せられる問合せに対してのコール対応業務が中心となります

日常生活における電磁干渉に関するご不安についても患者さんが安心して日常生活を送れるよう丁寧で分かりやすい説明を行っていただきます

また植込み型医療機器のデータを医療機関へ送信する機器遠隔モニタリングの設置と使用方法トラブルシューティングなどの問い合わせに対してご対応いただきます

• 対応履歴の登録
• 関連資料の送付手配業務など

Must Haves

Job Experience

• 社会人経験3年以上
• 顧客対応経験営業販売接客受付など対人コミュニケーションを通じて顧客の課題解決や不満解消にあたった経験

Skill / Knowledge

• PCスキル(Microsoft Office: Excel Word)

Competency

• マルチタスク能力と情報処理スキルがある方
• コミュニケーション能力とチーム内での情報共有が丁寧にできる方

Education

• 高卒以上
