DescriptionAs a Senior Engineer Program Manager you will lead develop and motivate a talented engineering team responsible for the development of Honeywells Electric Power Generators and Motors. You will leverage your technical experience and skills to guide your team in the investigation and solution of challenging technical problems. You will use your leadership abilities to motivate and energize teams that are designing new or modifying existing products parts or processes while using advanced standards methodologies and tools. By collaborating with customers and broader engineering teams you will balance team workload and drive exceptional team performance with high impact for the business.
This role is based in Phoenix Arizona.
Responsibilities- Implement standards processes and tools and ensure compliance to current processes
- Project Workload Planning & Execution Oversight Ownership and working closely with the other E&PS teams to ensure resources both people and test facilities are available
- Talent management driving both internal development and acquiring exceptional external capability
- Product and Technology Strategy development working closely with the Power Systems GBE
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 years Professional Experience in Engineering
- US Citizenship required due to program restrictions
