Key Responsibilities
- Greet and guide customers on the lot initiating the sales process
- Showcase vehicle features and provide high-quality demonstrations
- Assist customers with sales applications and financing processes
- Support management in inspecting the lot and reporting issues
- Ensure vehicles are merchandised correctly to maximize sales potential
- Build strong rapport and trust with customers
- Deliver professional knowledgeable and engaging presentations
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Energetic outgoing and friendly personality
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone
- Persuasive and persistent with a competitive work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Bilingual in Spanish & English
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk while working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
