Shift: Night Shift(US Hours)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with developers to analyze and validate business cases for application changes.

Identify and document use cases to clarify expected vs. actual system behavior.

Design develop and execute test cases to ensure risk mitigation and full coverage.

Perform Systems Integration Testing (SIT) End-to-End (ETE) testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for cross-functional initiatives.

Conduct regression testing after builds and updates.

Validate test results raise defects and track resolution.

Ensure timely escalation of issues and meet delivery deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong knowledge of IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) functionality.

Experience with integration testing across ERP/CRM platforms.

Familiarity with omnichannel order fulfillment scenarios (e.g. BOPIS - Buy Online Pick Up In Store SFS - Ship From Store OIS - Order In Store).

Hands-on expertise with QA tools (e.g. JIRA Test Management Systems).

Technical skills: Java JSP JavaScript XML REST APIs XSLT

PRIMARY SKILLS

Strong knowledge of IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) functionality.
