Job description:

Entry-level manufacturing opportunity in a fast-paced production environment
Open to recent trade school graduates or candidates with a GED / High School Diploma
No prior manufacturing experience required - training provided
Assist with assembly wiring machine operation or fabrication tasks
Use basic hand tools and measuring instruments
Follow work instructions safety guidelines and quality standards
Perform basic quality checks on finished products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn required
Electrical background or exposure to hand tools preferred
Manufacturing or shop floor experience is a plus but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to required limits
Strong work ethic reliability and team-oriented mindset
