Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with staff rostering and daily task allocations.
- Train mentor and supervise room attendants.
- Ensure all safety hygiene and housekeeping standards are followed.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and manage attendance.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain hotel standards.
- Manage stock supplies and report maintenance issues.
- Handle emails reports and operate systems such as Opera.
- Maintain professional appearance and behaviour at all times.
- Build and maintain positive client and guest relationships
