About the Role:

Strategic Partnerships support PitchBook strategic priorities through establishing third party relationships and delivering revenue exposure improved market penetration and/or content to PitchBook. The team works closely with PitchBooks Segments & Solutions Direct Data Product Data Operations Commercial Marketing and Research RevOps Legal and/or Finance teams to execute on partnership opportunities to maximize the growth of the PitchBook business.

Partnerships are designed to extend PitchBooks reach establish relationships to improve the workflows of our clients enrich PitchBooks original data and research with differentiated content and identify strategic investment opportunities. The Partnerships Manager is responsible for the lifecycle of partnership management including the day-to-day management of a portfolio of existing partnerships proactive outreach to prospective partners and evaluating inbound partnership opportunities. This role requires someone with an enthusiastic approach to relationship management ability to weigh partner interests against PitchBook strategy interest in corporate strategy ability to work in a fast-paced environment and an enthusiasm for building relationships within a cross-functional team environment.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to partner sourcing efforts by identifying and evaluating new data research and capability providers aligned with business needs
• Manage ongoing relationships with named partner contacts ensuring service quality and contract compliance
• Oversee contract negotiations renewals and amendments in collaboration with Legal and Finance
• Monitor partner performance and usage metrics to inform renewal decisions and identify optimization opportunities
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners based on direction from Partnerships leadership and track industry trends to inform partner strategy
• Coordinate quarterly payment cycles and budget tracking for partner contracts
• Provide input into partner-related budgeting and forecasting processes
• Manage entitlements and access controls for partner content on the PitchBook platform in collaboration with PitchBook Support
• Collaborate with Marketing and GTM teams to support partner-related campaigns and communications
• Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
• Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 4 years of account management and/or business development experience
• At least 4 years of experience working with financial services clients; experience with Investment Banking PE VC Limited Partner clients a benefit
• Familiarity with partnership/alliance licensing and go to market structures preferred but not required this is a great opportunity to build this skill
• Familiarity with at least one of PitchBooks core capabilities (e.g. Funds & Benchmarking Credit Equity Research etc.) strongly preferred
• Strong customer-facing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Superior cross-team collaboration skills with a proven ability to coordinate with stakeholders across multiple teams and operate in a matrixed environment
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (incl. Copilot) and the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation

• Annual base salary:GBP
• Target annual bonus percentage: 10%

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
