Tucked away and intentionally discreet P.S. Speakeasy is an upscale intimate cocktail lounge inspired by classic speakeasy culture and elevated hospitality. Our guests come to us for more than a drinkthey come for an experience defined by atmosphere intention and exceptional service.

Summary:

As a Server at P.S. Speakeasy you are a key part of the guest experience. You will guide guests through thoughtfully crafted cocktails and menu offerings while maintaining the elevated immersive ambiance that defines our space. This role requires professionalism strong communication skills and the ability to read the roomknowing when to engage and when to let the experience speak for itself.

What Youll Do

Deliver a seamless elevated dining and cocktail experience from greeting to farewell
Confidently describe menu items ingredients preparation methods and cocktail profiles
Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages responsibly and efficiently
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive yet unobtrusive service
Process checks and payments in accordance with company policies
Maintain impeccable table presentation glassware linens and station cleanliness
Prepare and break down your station before and after service
Uphold a professional polished demeanor at all times
Support the overall guest experience by being knowledgeable about the hotels amenities and services
Assist with opening closing and side work as needed
Accurately report tips in compliance with IRS and company guidelines
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience serving in an upscale restaurant cocktail lounge speakeasy or fine-dining environment
Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-expectation setting
Poise professionalism and emotional intelligence
Ability to work evenings weekends and late nights
Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications

Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets education work experience certifications etc. We comply with all minimum wage laws as addition to your annual salary we offer a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contributions (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
